Five Years Later...





The Boring Bits
Photography
We have hired the wonderful Lee Allen to photograph our special day. We please ask that during the ceremony, all phones be put away and you enjoy the ceremony, present with us. After the ceremony and throughout the evening, please take as many pictures as you'd like!
Transportation
Rotherwick is located in close proximity to Hook (6 minutes drive), with Basingstoke also within a short distance (15 minutes drive).

Hook and Basingstoke both have taxis available, and we would recommend you arrange travel to and from the venue in advance where possible.

Accommodation
With Hook and Basingstoke in proximity to the venue, we believe that there are sufficient hotels available to meet every budget. There should also be AirBnBs available for larger groups if required.
Honeymoon Fund
Rather than doing a typical registry, if you wish to send us a gift we are asking for contributions to our honeymoon fund. Should you wish to contribute to our first adventure away as we enter married life, you can do so here:

FAQs
When should I arrive?
​
The ceremony begins at 1pm - the venue will be available for seating at 12:30pm onwards - please follow signs to the ceremony location.

Can I bring a guest/plus one or children?
​
We wish to celebrate our special day with people we both know and love, and we can only invite so many people. Therefore unfortunately we will not be allowing guests or children at our wedding.
​
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
​
We have the wonderful Lee Allen taking photos throughout the ceremony, and we ask that all phones and cameras are put away. We want you to be present with us during the ceremony.
​
Once the ceremony is complete, take as many photos as you like!
​
Can I wear white?
​
No! Please avoid wearing white or very light colours.
What colour should I wear?
​
We aren't requiring guests wear a specific colour, however f you wish to follow a colour scheme, please wear green.
​
When will food be served?
​
We will be serving snacks and drinks immediately after the ceremony, with dinner served at 4pm.
​
Can I park at the venue?
​
Unfortunately parking at the hall is limited, and we need to ensure access for our caterers. We ask that you make other arrangements for travel to the venue.
Those with mobility needs, please get in contact with us so we can ensure parking at the venue for you.

When do the celebrations end?
​
Our venue require us to vacate the hall by 11:45 - therefore to allow everyone time to leave, we will be finishing at 11:30pm.
